Baby carrots
Deepfrozen whole baby carrots are prepared from natural developed carrots complying to the characteristics of the species Daucus carota L.
The baby carrots are presented in different sizes:
Prepared from cultivars that grow a long root
- whole baby carrots 6/14: natural length
- whole baby carrots 14/18
- cut baby carrots: cut at a uniform length between 30 and 50 mm
80 % in number of the carrots is of the declared calibre. The diameter of a carrot is defined as the smallest diameter measured with a vernier calliper where the carrot has its largest thickness.

Logistic information (palletization)
The boxes are stacked on a EURO 80 x 120 cm pallet. The pallet is recoverable and in good condition. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
