Mini portions

The different deepfrozen vegetable purees are prepared from the plants complying with the characteristics of the respective species:

  • carrot puree Daucus carota L.
  • celeriac puree Apium graveolens L. specifically the cultivars that grow a voluminous root
  • broccoli puree Brassica oleracea var. italica L.
  • green beans puree Phaseolus vulgaris L.
  • cauliflower puree Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.
  • peas puree Pisum sativum L.
  • savoy cabbage puree Brassica oleracea var. sabauda L.

The vegetable puree is pressed in a regular shape, the mini portions have a weight between 20 to 35 g.

Logistic information (palletization)

The boxes are stacked on a EURO 80 x 120 cm pallet. The pallet is recoverable and in good condition. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
