Because of the excellent location of the factory, in the heart of the agricultural West-Flanders, we can count on numerous audited suppliers from the region.
Daily fresh vegetables are carefully selected, cleaned and washed before the get cut, steamed and frozen (I.Q.F.). A sophisticated production process ensures that all products are free from preservatives, colour additives and flavour enhancers. They contain only natural nutrients such as fibres, vitamins and minerals.
After the production process the frozen vegetables are packed in either our own label (Verdi and Belami) or in our clients' own brand label.
Our vegetables then get stored in our cold store until they are ready to be transported to our client.
During this whole process, our internal quality control department follows the strict compliance of the HACCP system. This way we can guarantee complete traceability of our products. We are also BRC and IFS certified.
