Courgettes
Deepfrozen sliced courgettes are prepared from natural developed courgettes complying to the characteristics of the species Cucurbita pepo L.
The deepfrozen courgettes are presented in two forms:
- sliced courgettes: the courgettes are cut in slices perpendicular to the axe. The slices have a thickness of 5 up to 10 mm; the diameter is maximally 60 mm. The cut is flat or undulated.
- diced courgettes: the courgettes are cut in dices of approximately 20 x 20 x20 mm.

Logistic information (palletization)
The boxes are stacked on a EURO 80 x 120 cm pallet. The pallet is recoverable and in good condition. The cartons do not stick out of the contour of the pallet.
