The Brussels sprouts are prepared from the whole auxiliary buds of the plants complying with the characteristics of the species Brassica oleracea gemmifera (DC)

The Brussels sprouts are size-graded (the size of Brussels sprouts is measured with a vernier calliper on the thawed product in the direction of the smallest width of the bud, perpendicular to its axe):

• Brussels sprouts 15/25
• Brussels sprouts 25/30
• Brussels sprouts 30/35.
