Garden peas

The deepfrozen garden peas are prepared from the immature grains of the plants complying with the characteristics of the species Pisum sativum L.

The garden peas are size-graded (the size of the garden peas is defined as the diameter of the circular perforations through which the fresh garden peas have passed while size-grading):

• garden peas extra fine 7,5 mm
• garden peas very fine 8,2 mm
• garden peas fine 9,3 mm
• garden peas middle fine 10,2 mm

The peas puree consists of mini portions that have a weight between 20 to 25 g.
